艾格尼丝·毕卡德（Agnès Bickart），世界大都市协会对外关系部部长，为协会秘书处提供战略、政策及对外事务代表等建议及工作支持，主要负责区域为亚太地区及协会亚太办公室。作为协会的高级项目经理及发展战略策划师，她参与了城市创新项目等各种重要的国际城市合作项目运作。城市创新作为可持续发展目标及新城市议程的关键驱动力之一，已成为协会城市外交及大都市行动的核心工作。

Senior manager for Institutional Relations at the General Secretariat of METROPOLIS. She advises and supports the work undertaken by the Secretary General regarding strategy, policy and representation. Core geographical working area is primarily Asia and the Regional Secretariat for Asia Pacific based in Guangzhou. As senior program manager and development strategist, she is currently involved in various international collaborative urban programs such as the METROPOLIS Urban Innovation program. A key driver of the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals and implementation of the New Urban Agenda, urban innovation is at the core of the METROPOLIS work on urban diplomacy and metropolitan advocacy.
