Associate Director of the Globalization and World Cities (GaWC) research network. Director of Research for Real Estate & Planning at the Henley Business School, University of Reading, UK. She is a Corporate Member of the UK Royal Town Planning Institute and a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society. She has published extensively on the sustainable economic and spatial development of global cities and mega-city regions.
