倪鹏飞（Ni Pengfei），中国社会科学院城市与竞争力研究中心主任，中国社会科学院财经战略研究院院长助理、研究员、博士生导师。中国社科院-联合国人居署课题组组长、首席城市经济学家（2016—2022年），《中国城市竞争力报告》《全球城市竞争力报告》等研究负责人。主要致力于城市经济学、房地产经济学、空间金融学、城市竞争力及国家竞争力等方面的理论与实证研究。

Professor, Director of the Urban and Competitiveness Research Center, Assistant to Director of the Financial and Economic Strategy Institute, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. Leader of GASS-UN Habitat research team, Chief Urban Economist (2016-2022), research director of Chinese City Competitiveness Report, Global City Competitiveness Report, etc. His research focuses on urban economy, real estate economics, finance, urban competitiveness, etc.
