加藤嘉一 （Yoshikazu Kato），现任香港大学亚洲环球研究所客席副教授。北京大学国际关系学院毕业。至今担任过英国《金融时报》中文网、香港《亚洲周刊》等专栏作家；中国中央电视台、凤凰卫视时事评论员；美国哈佛大学肯尼迪学院和亚洲中心客座研究员、复旦大学新闻学院讲座学者、日本庆应义塾大学SFC研究所访问研究员等。美国《纽约时报》中文网、《南方周末》专栏作家、察哈尔学会研究员。中文专著有《从伊豆到北京有多远》《中国的逻辑》《爱国贼》《我所发现的美国》等。

Yoshikazu Kato is current adjunct associate professor at Asia Global Institute. He's also a research fellow at the Charhar Institute, and columnist for the New York Times (Chinese edition).Kato was a visiting lecturer at School of Journalism, Fudan University; a visiting researcher at Keio University Shonan Fujisawa Campus Institute; a Rajawali Fellow at Harvard Kennedy School; a fellow at Harvard Asia Center; a visiting scholar at Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies. His article have appeared in the Financial Times Chinese edition, Yazhou Zhoukan (Hong Kong), Nikkei Asian Review and Southern Weekly, among others. He is the author of How Will China Democratize? (Japanese, 2015;Korean 2018), Patriotic Slaves (Traditional Chinese, 2011), The Japanese Dream (Simplified Chinese,2016; Japanese 2018, co-author with Col. Liu Mingfu) and How Xi Jinping Deals with Trump – China’s global strategy and Japan’s Choice (Japanese, 2017), among other works.
