自2002年起，金融所人员出国访问达10人次，与澳大利亚Griffith University和University of Ballarat等国外研究机构建立了良好的研究合作关系。

伍晶在澳大利亚Griffith大学访问期间，于2004年2月参加在布里斯本举行的学术会议Symposium On Accountability, Governance And Performance In Transition，提交报告《Corporate Governance of SOE in China: an Institutional Introduction》。
